Location Information: Precise real-time location (with permission) via the User and Rider Apps for finding vendors, assigning/tracking deliveries, calculating fees, and security. Approximate location via IP address or device settings.

Usage Information: Interactions with the Apps/website (searches, views, taps, features used, session duration).

Fastwaka does not sell your data. Sharing occurs only when necessary:

Between Users, Vendors, Riders: Sharing necessary details (name, address, contact (masked), order info, location during delivery) to enable order fulfillment and delivery for all service types (food, grocery, pharmacy, parcel, e-commerce).
With Service Providers: Third parties performing essential functions like cloud hosting, payment processing, mapping, analytics, background checks, customer support tools, marketing partners, communication services. They are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.
For Legal & Safety Reasons: As required by Philippine law or legal process, or to protect Fastwaka, users, or the public.
