Jollof Rice & Beans

Description

Nigerian rice and beans jollof is a hearty, flavorful one-pot meal that combines the iconic smokiness of Nigerian jollof rice with the tenderness of cooked beans. The beans are partially cooked before being added to the jollof base, ensuring they remain intact rather than turning to mush.
